I bought a heater online, and received a receipt of purchase a few minutes later which I took as indication that my product was ready for pickup (as it didn't say otherwise!). On arrival at the store I was informed that the product wasn't in yet, and that I'd receive email notification when it arrives. I did get that notification a week later, and picked up my product which I'm happy with.
All in all, I just think that it should have been clearer that I needed to wait for the 2nd email before I could collect my product.
I ordered Protect-A-Bed CumfySafe Fitted Mattress Protector - White from Target's online store. I have been searching online for fitted sheets and found this bargain, I purchased it for $16, paid with paypal was sent a confirmation email. I found the exact same item on other sites for $80.
During the order process, I chose my preferred store to pick up my order. The service was great, they kept me posted on my order (e.g the transport confirmation of my package being sent to my designated store). It was ready to pick up 5 days after I initially made my order. It's great finding something online and being able to have it sent to where you would like to pick it up as it saves on shipping costs. Another great thing is that even though you're purchasing online, you can still get flybuys points.
I didn't have access to a printer to print out my email confirmation but the staff were happy to just grab the order number off me (which I had on my phone) and was a quick and easy pick up.
I would definitely purchase from Target online again.
Bought 2 tops on sale that I couldn't find in store. Brilliant! The click and collect option is the best as it means you don't pay for shipping. It's shopping in the comfort of your own home and you can collect from your local Target whenever you are able to.
The first time I did ordered online it took forever, this time it was only 4 days before they sent a notice to say my items have arrived at the store. There's never a problem with returning as long as you have your receipt and items in original condition.
On the 06/06/2013 i ordered a 'George Foreman Compact Gril' for the grand total of $3.86! On the 11/06/2013 i received notification that my order had been dispatched to my local store and on the 20/06/13 i was notified that my order was ready for collection.Today i collected my order and it was as described.
As this was a click and collect order there was no charge for shipping.
First time shopping on the Target Online Store. Each item was well displayed and clear. The website is quite user friendly and easy to navigate through all the items. You can only view a max of 36 items per page so would be more convenient if you could view more items so you don't have to keep turning the page. Purchased 2 pairs of girls jeans on sale for $12.60 each. Delivery for small and medium packages is $9. Would have loved free shipping like most other websites I shop with. overall a good experience and can find items quite cheaply during sales.
I went to my local Target store to buy the Lego Duplo Large Brick Box which was on sale, but they had no stock. Fortunately, the online store had it available. However, it's the ONLY Duplo available online. The online store has very few items. Hopefully they expand their online store, because it's a convenient way to buy items not available at your local Target.
I chose the Click and Collect option which took 9 days to arrive, because they were doing a stock-take at the warehouse. The website warned me about the delay and they also sent me an email reminding me that the delay was unusual.
The in-store pickup was quick and easy. Although it would be nice if they just gave you the item, instead of the shipping box which was four times the size of the Legos box and awkward to carry in the mall with a toddler in tow.
Have purchased multiple items. The whole process was easy and hasslefree. Again, I picked up the items when available in store to save on the $9 shipping fee. They send you an email and sms when your item is ready to collect from the layby section instore. recommend and will use again.
