The product arrived after a very long wait. I ordered 2x fleece hoody jackets, the products were true to size and of ok quality. The overall ordering experience was good, however the wait to get the items was rather long and when running a business and relying on deliveries this became a problem. I would suggest only ordering for your customers on a 'pre-order' basis so the wait isn't too much of an inconvenience. This site offers free shipping and warehouse pricing so is very affordable. The site also offers buyer protection by offering refund and return policies and dispute resolutions.
From my experience, Dhgate is a well controlled site with safe payment system (cash is transferred to supplier only once delivery is confirmed), good providing you are looking for cheap goods. My experience with DHgate has been a positive one . I bought some headphones, and so far and they all arrived on time and work as advertised .
