Good product. Service and communication, not so good.
Ordered a Motorola Smartphone for a family member. i paid extra for delivery.
My item was marked for processing at a nearby store the same day as my order, which i thought was nice and quick. 4 days later, i still hadnt received my item or heard any further reply, so i called them.
As they still hadnt shipped my item yet, i told them i'd pick it up myself as i would be in the area that weekend. On the weekend, i called them to confirm that my order was available to pick up, only to be told that they had posted the item out to me.
Somewhat frustrating and inconvenient.
My item arrived the following monday - a total of 6 business days. Delivery notification is sent via email with tracking, which is good.
So what can i say? The pricing was standard. I paid extra for the convenience of having the item shipped to me, but I could have picked up the item myself quicker from the allocated store. I had to contact the store to follow up on my item, then after arranging to pick it up, my item was shipped out to me. Feels a bit like a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line with a bit of time and effort wasting involved.
The phone itself is good. No problems with that. Its just the service that leaves a little to be desired.
Would i buy from the Good Guys again? In store, yes. Online...I'm not so sure.

Ordered a pair of headphones as my current ones felt like they we beginning to wear out. Shipping was an extra $5 on top.
I received an email of order confirmation the same day, a notification that my order had been allocated to a store for processing the next day. My item was then marked as shipped the following day. My headphones arrived 2 days later. I was happy that my item took less than a week for my item to arrive and that i was kept notified of the process the whole time.
As my current headphones have not broken down on me yet, i'll be keeping the current headphones aside until they do, so i'm unable to comment on the quality of them.
Overall, i was happy with my buying experience this time around, and would buy from the Good Guys again
