Received an email from TB with sale deals and discounts.
I browsed and search for my favourite shoes to add to my collection.
I once had these stripe heels and was devasted when it was wrecked. I threw them out and hoped to find another similar pair.
Couldnt find anything until I spotted a smaller heel version on the TB website!
I was excited, and made a purchase for the black/white stripe show. I used a discount voucher to get 20% off $80 so total amount was $73.95 including postage.
I believed that this was a reasonable price for TB shoes, received next business day - with free tote bag ! I loved the shoes, fit perfect ! and love the tote bag, where I can put my clothes and shoes in there when carrying many things for example on the runway etc.
Shoes (on sale) took 4 days to arrive. Safe and secure site to use. They have modern and trendy heels, sandals, boots for ladies as well as a handbag area. You can receive a refund in store within 14 days after purchase should the product not be what you hoped. I love this feature because I always feel safe and know I can return it if it doesnt suit. Have bought from them several times since.

I received an email the following day to advised that the Tan Monaco was unavailable and out of stock.
Tony Bianco offered me a refund and a $20 gift voucher to spend.
I was fine with this although I really wanted the Tan shoe!
I checked and I had the credit in my account no long after.
The white pair that arrived unfortunately didn't fit me but I was still a happy customer.
