i saw the email they sent to me saying they had free shipping and i just thought i would have a look and i decided to look through the boys clothing and i found this really nice nylon bomber for only 15! i ordered it immediately and though the shipping took FOREVER i was glad i bought it! it is really good quality and fits me or my boyfriend pretty well.
I was in need of a black high-heels and found out that Rubi (Cotton On) had one that was on sale for only $5, and they had my size! Tempted to buy, but the shipping fee was $10 (more than the item price itself). I then decided to buy other items which were unnecessary at the time but may be useful in the future, that totalled up to $20.
From the start of the transaction until the delivery, I had only receive one email confirmation from Cotton On, which was the Order Receipt. They did not send notification when the items were being shipped, nor when it had arrived.
But all is good, the items arrived in less than a week (would be great if it was sooner). Items were as orders, no fuss there.
Overall, great items, great price. Shipping service can be improved!
After looking for a present for the wife online I found cotton on to be useful without being the best. There are lots of options and sizes but this can also mean that it is hard to exactly what you need. Overall a good experience and good shipping rates. The goods arrived in 3 days however they did not have an automated email update.
