I was really excited when I found an anorak-style jacket that I'd been looking for, for a very long time, on sale for $30. I was even happier when a 30% off discount code was applied at the checkout, so I could buy more things within my budget! I ended up buying a pair of trackpants on sale for $10 and they had a 2 for $10 deal on stockings so I grabbed those too so I qualified for free shipping.
I never received a shipping e-mail for this order which is unlike Cotton On, but it did get to me pretty quickly considering it was free shipping. I ordered it on the 9/6/2014 and it arrived after 5 business ays.
The jacket is perfect, no faults at all. I love it. The trackpants I've been wearing since I got them out of the box, and they're so comfortable. It's only been a day or so and theres a bit of pilling between the legs, but for $10 I don't mind. The stockings are also fantastic. Cotton on is great for basics and I'd definitely buy from them again!

I spent just over $50 purchasing online and saved around $100+! The best time to shop on Cotton On is at sale time, otherwise I think you may find yourself struggling to get over the $50 mark for free shipping. The products came shipped very well, and it was one of those needing to be home to sign of purchases so that was good! And it only took around 5 working days for everything to come, which is pretty reasonable in my opinion! Everything that I bought fit quite well and I had no need to return items. You get given a receipt but I'm not too sure if you can return them in store. Everything was packaged nicely in a big cardboard box, and everything was individually wrapped! Shipping took around a week or so, one of the advantages of Cotton On is that it includes Rubi's Shoes and Typo altogether so you can bulk ship your products.
On the 28/04/2013 i ordered 'Kids Stickers :: 720649-04 Style: ORANGE, Size: SOLID' from Cotton On and the item arrived arrived approximately 10 days from ordering as described.
There was no charge for shipping as i ordered during a free shipping promotion.
The products I purchased were a soft bralette, a couple of tube tops, two crop singlets and a white scoop neck top.
First, the negatives were the quality of the singlet and the scoop neck t-shirt. The white t-shirt was so sheer I literally have to wear the white crop top underneath it to go out in public because everyone could see my bra. The two tube tops, they were made with good quality but I think it was more the way it sat on my body more than how it was made. Decent product but not for me.
The positive was the soft bralette was gorgeous. Same bright fuchsia on the website, however it does lose it's colour. Shipping within Australia is pretty fast, I usually get my packages within seven days.
Overall, these products weren't that great but I have had previously good experiences with Cotton On. I just know now to stay away from buying white shirts! Other than that they're quality is great. If you don't know about sizing, just pop into your local Cotton On and then buy off the website when they have it on sale. :)

I made the order both for me and my girlfriend which included 1 mailman bag, 1 black shirt, 1 boot and 1 skirt using a Visa gift card. The website is very easy to navigate, to choose products with specification on size and importantly the ease of purchase even I use the gift card (where some online stores do not accept gift card.
Delivery service is even better. The order arrived just in 6 days. The delivery man is very patient and friendly and did not cause any trouble for us.
I even receive discount code for next purchase. Awesome!

I love Cotton On, nice casual/any-occasion clothing, and also easy to shop their other brand such as Typo, Rubi in one website. They sometime don't have larger size in store so I usually shop online. I love their sales, and they sometime offer free shipping too. They only accept credit card payment, their shipping service was just average but their products are just as same as in store. So overall, shop online just like shop in their store.
