I love their range, and am usually cynical about free shipping, especially free WORLDWIDE shipping, but my products never take longer than one week to reach me, and they are always carefully wrapped. This product in particular was exactly as advertised on the website, and totally worth the price I paid for it. 100% satisfied!
Feelunique has a very wide range of haircare, skincare products at better than AU retail prices. The disappointing part is that not many brands can be shipped to Australia due to shipping restrictions. Once my item was shipped, it took about 1 week to arrive. It arrived in condition and well packaged.
Overall, a very easy to use website, good arrival times. Only downside is that many brands listed cannot be shipped to Australia.
Ordered an acne spray, supposedly to have been delivered in 7-21 working days as stated by the site. However, it was not. Thinking it would take longer as it was an international transaction, I did not bother writing in until 2 months later. Customer service responded quickly and dispatched another item promptly, which I received 2 weeks later. No reason was given as to why the first product did not reach me.
