It has been over 6 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received it. All I get when I email customer service is the same computer generated response telling me to wait 20 working days and to check the post office. Three times I've had this email, the fourth email has been ignored. This company is a scam and doesn't supply you're order in the 7-10 working day's that it states on the website and has no customer service. Check on their Facebook page to read all the recent negative comments.
I love Beauty Bay because they sell many products that I can’t buy in Australia. I can also buy harder to find brands at cheaper prices than in Australia (especially when they have a sale). I have placed two orders with Beauty Bay, and both orders arrived in two to three weeks. Many people will say that this is slow, but this is faster than most standard mail parcels from the US. My orders included Louise Young makeup brushes, Mario Badescu skin care products, a Goldwell conditioner, a heated eyelash curler, Urban Decay single eyeshadows and a Tangle Teezer. For both orders, my postage was free because I had reached a certain amount.
I have noticed one annoying problem on the Beauty Bay website: sometimes when clicking on page numbers at the bottom of the screen or on the “next” icon, instead of taking you to the next page, the website takes you to a product. To avoid this, I find it is better to scroll through brand listings on the left hand side of the screen, but this only works if there is only one page of products to scroll through. If this problem continues for much longer, I will email Beauty Bay to let them know.
My last attempt at shopping with Beauty Bay was frustrating. It was during a sale and their website experienced significant difficulties. I looked on their Facebook page and there were lots of customers complaining that they could not place an order. I tried to order on their website on and off all weekend with no success. By the time that I could access their website, everything that I wanted to buy had been sold.
I ordered some beautiful Zoeva brushes off here as I had read some amazing reviews on these and had to have them. I think the prices were very reasonable as I had not been able to find Zoeva brushes elsewhere.
They arrived packaged safely about 11 business days after placing my order. Shipping was a bit slow but it was free so I'm not complaining. Really happy with my purchase!
Picked up a Mario Badescu Acne Repair Kit for just under $60 + free shipping, I really like the site layout. Everything looks so neat and professional.
The prices were super reasonable and much cheaper than Australian RRP. My order took about 8 business days to arrive which was fine as everything arrived packaged safely.
I would definitely recommend this site, I could spend hours browsing!
I have shopped on beauty bay a few times and would rate it highly. On this occasion I purchased a Pai Skincare (Limited Edition Rosehip 3 Step Facial Set), 1 x Sara Happ (Vanilla Bean Lip Scrub - 30ml) and 1 x S Factor (Body Booster Plumping Spray - 200ml) for a total of 70 pounds (UK).
Shipping was slower than what I expect normally from other online shopping sites and took a couple of weeks to arrive. The products were good inside but the condition of the containers (inside the boxes that they arrived in) was poor - the Pai skincare kit was a gift and the boxes edges were bent and the box was creased and dusty. I suspect this occurred during the shipping/handling process however it was still disappointing. I contacted them about this and did not receive any response.
So overall I would buy from there again only if I wanted something specific that I can't obtain here, or if they are having a sale of some kind or for gifts/special occasions. The products themselves are excellent and authentic though!

Was a bit unsure about the legitimacy but wasn't disappointed. In 12 business days (pretty good considering it was from the UK and was free) the item arrived, very nicely in a small brown box.
I ordered Rubis tweezers which were on sale. The shipping was free and took two weeks which was a little long but I'm glad they arrived eventually. When I wrote to them to check on my order they replied straight away to say it was on the way and gave me a shipping number to check online. Good service.
