Good service and reliable
This is my second time purchasing from this website, as I am a fan of their "preserve on-the-go" cutlery, plates, cups etc range and they are the closest distributors to Australia.
After ordering the products I wanted online I was contacted shortly after by a customer service person with a quote for international postage. They kindly offered me a 25% discount on the postage as it was estimated at $56.89. Although the postage was high (not their fault) I was ok with the price because they had a sale on the product I wanted and I knew the product was only available through them.
The product arrived April 15, which was 3.5 weeks after I ordered it so don't expect a quick delivery time.
They were responsive over email and kept in touch to me in regards to responding to my questions.

Good service and product
I purchased from this site a big order of preserve on the go re-usable plates and cutlery. I purchased 50 of each item. This site was the closest to Australia that I could find for this product. After placing my order I was contacted by the company via email which told me my shipping cost would be $45 NZ for international air. Although this was a little high I agreed to it as I understood my package would be quite heavy in weight. The product arrived within 5 business days which was within the estimated time given by the company. I was pleased with the product and the service. The packaging could have been better but the goods arrived ok so no complaints overall.
