Horrific service, pretty much stole my money
I ordered two "Color Me Calm" colouring books (which are amazing) for my friend and I. Two weeks later I still hadn't received them and had received no e-mail explaining why it was delayed.
I proceeded to log into my account, where my order said "In Progress" and they were expecting another shipment of books to arrive a few days prior to when I actually went online. So they were fully in stock, I hadn't been told they were out of stock, so I was a bit annoyed, and sent them a message asking how long my order would take and that I may need to cancel.
A couple of days went by without a response. I went back online to send a message to cancel my order when I saw my order had been dispatched earlier that day.. Yet I hadn't received an e-mail and they'd not replied to my message. So I sent a second message explaining that I'd come online to cancel my order, I wasn't happy with the lack of communication, and I'd like to return the books when they eventually arrived. It's been 2 weeks now, and I've still had no response (other than to my FIRST message saying "looks like they've been dispatched").
This service is utterly disgraceful. They actually IGNORED my message and FORCED me to pay for something I wanted to return. There wasn't even a tax invoice with my order so I couldn't possibly return it without them responding to my message.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. They're devious, unprofessional, and outright rude.
