Urban Outfitters have a many great products on the site at a good price. I saw a pair of adidas sneakers for just under $50 and had to purchase them. Urban Outfitters provides shipping to Australia for orders over $50 so i had to purchase something extra to receive free shipping. My order took less than 2 weeks to arrive which is quick considering it came from the US. The products were packed securely in a cardboard box with small bags of air. My pair of shoes even came in its own box! If you are unsatisfied with your product, Urban Outfitters does a $5 return policy as well. Overall extremely satisfied with them.
I have purchased from Urban Outfitters on a number of occasions and generally their garments are true to size. quality is mediocre tho you are not paying top dollar so you get what you pay for. Delivery is timely so no complaints
Late last year however I had to return a garment which was completely within the terms of the sale and for free return delivery however it took me about 8 weeks and a couple of emails to actually receive the credit so be patient in the beginniig if that is what you experience but dont leave it to chance that you will get the return credited to your account as a matter of course. Keep copies of all your paperwork that you send the garment back with and chase up the credit after about 6 weeks. They will tell you first that it hasnt been received but lo and behold a week or so later the garment's return was confirmed and I received my credit other reviewers have had similar experience with this and other online clothing suppliers
I ordered a quilt cover from Urban Outfitters, even with the shipping it worked out as a really good deal. I'd been searching all over for something like this and finally found it on this website. With a blanket $8 shipping to Australia and a great unique product selection this website is really hard to beat. I also received the product pretty quickly too, took only a week and a half to get here - which is really good. I love the selection of home products and it's unlike anything you can find in Australia. I can definitely recommend it!
I purchased quite a few items due to the discounted shipping fee. There is a wide selection of clothes available, at a range of prices.
Shipping took longer than the estimated three weeks, however, the shipping fee is definitely reasonable compared to other US websites.
One of my packages when missing and a refund was issued immediately.
Quality of the clothing, especially the BDG clothing, was not that good and stretched in the wash. Clothing runs out of stock extremely quickly and the site only informs you when you are about to checkout which can be quite a hassle if you are trying to meet a standard amount.

Urban Outfitters is an excellent store to find trendy, vintage-looking clothes, bags and accessories. Some stuff is a little hipster-looking and not worth what they are priced at though, to be honest. But it all depends on what you go for.
Anyway, I was looking for a school bag. I looked around places like Witchery and the prices were quite horrifying...So, I turned to UO! I purchased the Cooperate Turnlock Satchel, originally priced at $69 but discounted at $62. There was also free economy shipping, which made me even happier!
The bag came in about a little less than two weeks later, all packaged up nicely. As expected from UO, the bag was just as described. Good quality for its price.
However, the strap was a little longer than envisioned, but some reviews on the item warned me about that! So don't compare yourself to the model pictures unless you are lucky to be as tall :) And also be sure to check out the reviews, because pictures can be deceiving as always when shopping online. Otherwise, I'm so glad I didn't waste money buying some bag I barely liked in Australia.
I ordered a couple of things this round, a beanie, a Deena & Ozzy white crossbody bag, a bright orange BDG Jean and a Deux Lux zigzag checkbook wallet.
First of, shipping. One of the cheapest websites out there, it's only $10 flatrate. Well packed upon arrival, standard timing (1-2 weeks international shipping). Fairly pleased with their shipping policy. Returns on the other hand, not so much. Expensive to return, so whatever I'm unsatisfied with I usually sell away.
But as for the items, I was really pleased! excellent quality, bought them on sale and still serving me well! Check out their sale section! they have loads of great stuff.
I ordered an orange ecote backpack, a pair of BDG 5 pocket high rise shorts and a BDG skinny leather belt! All the products that I had received are of great quality, especially the bag! It's fully lined and feels pretty durable and I'm really happy with it. While the shorts and belt are also nice, I just chucked them in my cart to make $50 for free shipping, because the bag was running out of stock. One thing about urban outfitters is that things go in and out of stock sometimes, so of course later I saw the bag in stock again... So just remember that and don't always feel pressured to quickly buy things. Not that I regret buying any of the products though! Shipping took around 2 weeks and there was a little delay of my package actually being sent off because of the holiday season, but I didn't mind.
