UO has everything from clothing and shoes to makeup and homeware. I always steer towards UO whenever i need to buy presents. I bought a unique jewellery holder and also a shirt. They came via the US store within 2 weeks.
I always buy from the UO North America store. Purchasing from this store is the same as usual. The store is easy to purchase from and the package comes within 2 weeks in a big sturdy box. I purchased fragile items such as makeup and a teacup and nothing was broken which I was extremely happy about.
My favourite online store! I always find something good on there and end up spending more than $50 so which is a win since its free shipping. This time i bought a few vinyls, a handbag and some makeup products. The vinyls came tightly packaged in a cardboard box within the huge cardboard box full of air-cushioned packets.
As always, shipping was exceptionally fast. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and they came in a week. The sales on Urban Outfitters are always good as well.

Positive Experience
Ordered some basic products, such as socks and underwear. The store is in the US, and they had an express option for $12 which had a time frame of 5-10 days or so. Nothing else to comment on apart from the fact that I was really happy with what I received and it arrived here on time.
Ordered a considerable amount of items and when they came (round 2 weeks) it was packed neatly in a box and nothing was damaged. I purchased a range of items such as clothing, shoes, stationery and makeup and they were all in good quality.
Urban Outfitters has always been one of my favourite places to shop online. This particular order I was exceptionally pleased with. I got a sweater, a crop top, a pair of underwear, a moto jacket, and a band shirt for $96.50, with a savings of over $100. Free shipping too!
It was shipped the next day, and arrived very quickly. I was actually surprised when it turned up on my doorstop as I was expecting a 2-3 week wait as the website had advertised!
They have great customer service and reply very quickly to any concerns (I accidentally put my dads name on the order via his Paypal and they changed that immediately).
