Slow delivery + nonchalant response = poor service
I preordered / bought Assassins Creed III 3 Game Xbox 360 for $65.99. The game arrived a month after the release date. I sent them an email asking why it had taken so long to get to me given I had preordered the game. In response I was told that the game had arrived in a "reasonable amount of time". I disagree and would have at least liked some sort of explanation (even something like 'we had an unexpected number of orders to satisfy for this popular game). My disappointment was compounded by the fact that the game was available at my local stores for $69. I waited an extra month for this highly anticipated game to save $3. No warranty is offered with the game as it is from the UK and I live in Australia (however I don't mark that as poor service as that was my own choice).
After searching online for the fitbit one from Australian online stores, found that ozgameshop offered the cheapest price with free shipping. Getting it officially through fitbit was 119.95 with free shipping so it was a saving of $13.
Not being an existing customer the usual process of signing up was required, but wasn't too difficult. They accepted payment through paypal, and was immediately provided with an invoice.
Despatch email came through 2 days later with a notice stating that it will take between 4 - 12 working days. Finally received the package on the 16th of Jan which was exactly a week after getting the despatch notification. It was well packaged and had no damage. As it turns out, it was shipped from the UK so putting that into consideration, it was quick. Unfortunately having a name called Ozgameshop, I naturally thought it was a local business, but reading the company details clearly showed that it's a UK business.
I still saved a little bit of money so am satisfied with the purchase. Had a different expectation but they don't hide the fact that they're not based in Australia if you click through a bit more on their web page.
I bought Dungeon Siege III 3 Limited Edition Game PC for $28.99, which was about 40% cheaper than it was in the retail stores. Game came in the mail within 2 weeks and was a legitimate copy of the game! Happy with the price and the quality of the product.
I bought Forza MOtorsport 4 from Ozgameshop. Delivery was very quick - less than a week! I would certainly buy from them again at that speed! The price was also very competitive
I purchased NHL 13 & FIFA 13 Xbox 360 games - competitve prices, free and fast delivery. The games arrived 5 days after I ordered them. Plus a great loyalty shopping point system. I would highly recommend!! Warranty for games was included.
I bought two XBOX 360 games from Ozgameshop. I was extremely pleased with the sales on offer and delivery was free. Shipping took around one week. The games were in mint condition, and are regularly played under my roof. I will definitely consider purchasing from Ozgameshop again.
