I bought some tops as well as shoes from Boohoo. They are relatively cheap and the quality is not too shabby. The free shipping was a bit surprising given that some items were already extremely cheap on their own. The package arrived after 5 days which was quite good.
With a christmas sale and student discount Boohoo looked like a great choice for a new clothing order.
The website was easy to use, with quick postage from Australia Post including tracking! Emails were prompt and detailed and the items were great quality.
An item had to be sent back due to not being as expected. $7.50 for the return postage but it does take a while for a refund to be processed. Customer care was very fast to reply to any questions.
I bought a dress, a cardigan and a purse. The quality of the products from Boohoo reflects the price of the products. Cheap.. If you want stylish cheap clothing that does not last for ages then you are alright buying it of Boohoo. However, if you are looking to supply your wardrobe with long-lasting basics, this is not the place to purchase such things. My order arrived 8 days after I ordered.. so shipping was satisfying!
The website was not iphone friendly which made navigating and viewing products frustrating. The photographs don't resize always and was slow to load. I had to use my laptop as it was a much better experience and easier to navigate.
I also didn't complete the checkout process (last minute mind change) and was sent a follow up email to notify me of this and a link to complete the order. This is a very useful service (first time ive seen this).
Boohoo also sends feedback emails asking customers to provide feedback which indicates they are willing to refine their website to suit customer needs =)
Bought a dress from Boohoo recently. They have a huge range of well priced clothing/shoes/etc and they often have discounts as well. The site is very easy to use.
I placed my order on 18/02, it was dispatched on 19/02 and received on 01/03. Standard shipping is free and as it was sent from the UK, I am quite happy with the shipping time. They also offer express shipping for $10.
The dress I bought was of excellent quality. It fit perfectly and was exactly as pictured/described.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Boohoo and I will definitely be back again!
Bought a shirt from this site as they were marked down and I needed a particular colour for an event. It was of good quality, but you get the feeling that the site is geared more towards women
Shipping took time, but that was to be expected as they are a British company.
This was my first purchase from Boo Hoo, I had seen them on tv and decided to give them a go since they have discounts for students. At the time of ordering, they also had free express shipping because it was close to Christmas.
The blouse looked a lot nicer in the picture than it did when it arrived. It was not chiffon, it felt like sandpaper and rough. It wasn't worth my while posting it back for a refund since they are located in the UK and the postage back is at the buyer's expense.
Overall, the quality was shocking, postage was fast and free. But because of the quality, i would not purchase from them again.
