I used Australia Post this time as my order was quite lightweight and Australia post was the cheapest option however, normally the DHL $8 (US) option is desirable as it's a flat rate price.
In my order was some really cheap Real Techniques brushes again, I always stock up with each iHerb order and sometimes buy them for my friends too. I also got some Physician's Formula products at amazing US prices so I was very happy with the prices!
I ordered on Friday night and it arrived the next Friday as registered post. Everything was safe and packed with air bags. I'm always recommending iHerb to my friends and family for all your natural beauty, food, protein needs.

Hi, I was wondering did it take auspost a few days to show your tracking number? Because they shipped it on the 27/10, but its still invalid. I know it might take time for it to be details to be uploaded onto auspost, but how long it take for you?
Hey there! I'm sorry I can't be of much help because since I trust iHerb, I don't check my tracking number. I had the same problem with the tracking site when sending a parcel off, they hadn't updated the tracking until it arrived at the destination. Don't fret, it should be with you by next week! If not, contact them :)
I love love love iHerb! They're so fast with the introduction of Australia Post - DHL Express is also really quick. This time my order was light so I used Australia Post.

This was my first experience with iHerb and I'm very happy, everything is so affordable compared to Australian prices and the range of beauty/health products iHerb sell is huuuuuge!

I've been buying my supplements at iHerb.com for years, and it has been the best experience. Their prices are really good and the service is great. Something I find really important. I can also highly recommend the Quest bars they sell.

So far, I have made three orders with iHerb.com. Each time, I requested that my package be sent with DHL. I have been happy with my experience with iHerb.com as my orders were sent quickly. The first two packages were packed in a slightly sloppy manner in that there was was scrunched up cardboard/paper to protect the products. My last order was packed better and items such as shampoo bottles were placed inside plastic bags in addition to scrunched up cardboard/paper.
When I tracked my order with DHL, my packages arrived in Sydney in about three days. It took an extra 4-5 days for me to receive my order as I live in a regional area.
I've bought some products there for my health and beauty. All products are worthy. Besides you can always read reviews and pick the valuable product. The shipping is fast up to 7 days. Really love it!
