I ordered a pair of Walnut Melbourne shoes from The Iconic on a whim after seeing them on sale and reading great reviews about them on The Iconic and other websites.
I was really apprehensive about buying shoes online as I was concerned about getting the sizing wrong, but after reading the reviews and looking through my own shoe collection I felt fairly confident that I had the sizing correct.
The shoes arrived really quickly and they were lovely, but as I had feared, they were the wrong size, they were a touch too small.
I was able to return the shoes without any fuss at all and was able to get a store credit for the cost of the shoes. I would have chosen a pair in a larger size, however they were out of stock.
While I am still apprehensive about buying shoes from an unfamiliar brand online, this was a really positive experience and I would highly recommend The Iconic to others.

Shipping is super quick, however I've left a note saying to leave my package on my door, but the postman/woman did not do that :(
However, prices are great, items are also good quality.
Will definitely shop at the iconic again
