The Iconic continues to be favourite store! They stock a whole bunch of amazing stuff and their returns and terms and conditions are FANTASTIC!
I bought an American Apparel top in baby rib, which was too big, a Dorothy Perkins shirt that was way too flourescent, and an Atmos and Here Lana Smock dress which was juuuust right.
Because of the great returns policies I got to return the things I didn't like for FREEEE yay!! And they give you 100 days to make a return!
And so I am left with a beautiful dress that I love, and I got to try the other items for free, without having to pay a crazy amount to return them!
I would heartily recommend this store to anyone who loves online shopping but who is sick of paying postage and return costs, and also to any noobies who aren't sure whether they want to deal with the sometimes difficulty of online shopping!!
I ordered a new pair of shoes and a skirt - both on sale! Plus with free shipping over $50, it couldn't be easier for a shopper. There's free returns as well so it is risk free shopping. I highly recommend The Iconic for your fashion fix.
I had ordered a red wrap dress from the iconic.com. The product had failed to be delivered. Then I had contacted them and was informed that the startrack had deliver the item that night while I was home to my front door ... No knock nothing just left. But according to the iconic it's perfectly safe on my doorstep after I had requested the item be left behind a bin. Due to the incompetence of the iconic and startrack I strongly advise no one use this site. Very disappointed.
I ordered two skirts -one from the fith label, and one from finery london. They were both a bit disappointing and I am sending them back, but holy heck the service was good!
Even though there was christmas and new years, these items still arrived on my doorstep within 6 days of ordering them. They also have FREE DELIVERY and free returns, which is fabulous!
