My mother had called me one day whilst I was at work, told me that she had left her umbrella on the train, she loved that umbrella, not because it was oroton, but because the colour was her favourite.
I went online straight away to search for the same umbrella, unfortunately, it seemed like that season colour was sold out and not even ebay had anything.
I went to the oroton website to check them out, they only had the new stock in.
So I checked their SALE tab on the website and it showed a few items.
I spotted large o small umbrella colour: magenta
I placed an order for this sale item @ $26 and was lucky enough that there was no shipping fee during the festive season.
The item arrived in a box, and well wrapped. no damages and it was perfect. It was a great gift again for my mother - this time she can put it in her bag instead of using the big handle umbrella.
I will definitely buy from Oroton again, their website was user friendly.
Purchased the classic style oroton handbag with leather trimming, the online sale price was less than half than the retail stores. Delivery was only 2 weeks and I am very happy with the bag and efficient delivery.
No empathy poor customer service. I purchased oroton umbrella. It had sharp edge not manufactured properly. I cut my finger with it and was in distress. called oroton office didnt ask how I was just said u need to have receipt and hung up..I will never buy their product.
