Jaliya would not shop at Charlie & Me Clothing Company again.
On line orders
I purchased on line and wanted to refund it. even though the refund policy says that, on line purchased items can be refunded at any store. when I went to refund the item at Tuggaranong store in ACT, they simply refused it saying they don't do on line refunds. the reason the sales girl gave me was that the manager has told her not to refund on line purchased items. it seems that they have no idea of the refund policy. I had to come back after travelling 35Km as this is the only store in ACT. when this was addressed to Charlie and me received a call from area manager but no apology from the store. Now I have to go back again 35km. very bad service.
