I successfully ordered a specific type of cross-trainer from this site, one that wasn't available in stores any more, but the next day I received an email to apologize, saying that they couldn't fill my order. I rang up, and was told that the last pair in my size had just sold out and the website hadn't been updated fast enough. My credit card was never charged (charges are only done at the point of shipment), and it was only a day later that they cancelled the order, so I would still recommend buying from them whenever you can't get your hands on the right size or style in stores! Shipping is only $9.50 for the first pair.
