Ordered small aviary after paying found out it would take 3 weeks phoned no answer ever! strait to message , emails very slow to return finally talked to staff said they would advise if they could deliver earlier or i could cancel after hearing nothing for a week and leavings voice messages no return they want to charge 25% restocking fee bad experience all round don't do it
