Don't always believe what you see in the pictures. Disappointed.
Ordered a scarf in preparation for the oncoming cold.
As per usual, delivery was free.
An email confirmation was sent once my order was placed. My order was then marked as shipped the next day.
My order arrived 2 and a half weeks later, which is typical of orders shipped from overseas.
The scarf was actually very disappointing, with poor stitching, which was already coming apart straight out of the bag. The pattern on it looked lopsided. In fact, it was almost as if it was a cast off scrap they'd decided to sell. Definitely didn't look as nice and as classy as it did in the photos onsite. Not to mention, super thin.
Wasnt worth the hassle of chasing them up on it, so i decided to call it a write off.
Bought many things before from NewFrog, and most experiences have been good, so this failed purchase won't stop me from buying from them again. I guess, pictures don't always tell the correct story
Good prices, generally good delivery times and communication.
Ordered some underwear as a backup replacement. You can never have enough. Delivery was free.
I received an order confirmation, but not an item dispatch email. After a couple of weeks, i decided to check my account and order, to find that it was marked as shipped (date unknown).
I decided to wait a couple more weeks for a package to arrive before i followed up on my order, though this was the first time (i think) that i've not received an "order has been sent" email.
Happily, my order arrived just over 3 weeks after my order was placed. So a bit of order anxiety for no reason.
Underwear was fit for purpose.
As a once off experience, not receiving an email update regarding my order was not the best experience, but at least i could log into my account to see that it had been sent.

Shipping was free, with the order being marked as shipped 6 days later. The item arrived just over a month later.
I generally allow 6-8 weeks deliveries for any purchases i make from China, so this fell within the acceptable time frame. No complaints there.
It seemed that the belt worked for approximately 3 weeks of non-daily use before i was informed that something had stopped working.
I didnt bother to chase up on it, as i hadnt expected much for the price paid. it would most likely have been more effort than it was worth.
No problems with the service from NewFrog, but would definitely not be buying an exercise belt (or similar) from them or any other seller again.
