They do not offer a refund if an item does not fit. They will only exchange it or offer a refund gift voucher which needs to be used within 6 months. You will also need to pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
As the shoes I ordered do not fit I am now up for the cost of shipping the item back and as they do not have my correct size in stock I will now receive an unwanted gift voucher!
There are better online stores out there with much fairer return policies. Shop around and avoid this one!
