BitzBox are a great online store for buying specific parts of Games Workshop or Forge World minatures to convert/customise Warhammer or Warhammer 40,000 miniatures. There are other similar stores that do the same trick of buying up wargaming model boxed sets and selling the parts separately, so it can be worth shopping round the others too to compare prices and offers.
The site is well laid out with photos you can zoom in of available parts, so it's good to browse through looking for potential conversion possibilities. One of the handy things about the site is that if a particular part you want is out of stock, you can get the site to email you when it comes into stock again.
