Good order and prices, helpful at resolving problem
I placed a large order with SJS Cycles for a lot of things for my upcoming cycle tour:

The postal service screwed up and failed to deliver the parcel of the order (too long a story to go into here but definitely the postal services fault not SJS), but SJS were quick and helpful communicating and sorting it out and getting a replacement parcel sent out. The items were well packed and competitively priced compared to other bicycle stores (I did a lot of shopping round and bought from several stores where cheapest) and I was happy with the order.
