Have been looking for the olympus lens bag for a while now, and found that this store had it listed on their website. Went through the process and placed the order. Would say that the order process is quite simple, but the price of shipping is very steep considering I only purrchased a lens bag, at about $15-$20.
Sent a couple of emails to the store and they were very quick with their responses. Only problem was that they were out of stock for the lens pouch and was unable to order as the manufactor didn't make it anymore. They offered a refund or a similar lens pouch. Took the refund option.
They were very quick with the refund. On the day I sent the email, they sent the money back via paypal. Really admire them for that!
