Generally good order, though slightly slow communication
I placed an order for the below eclectic bits for my cycle tour from All Terrain Cycles:
1 x Brooks Standard Spanner 1 x Brooks Proofide 40g Tin 1 x Pletscher Multi Zoom Rear Adjustable Kickstand 1 x Topeak Road Morph Pump
I also ordered a Brooks Flyer Special Saddle but they emailed three days later to say they were out of stock at the moment for a month. I couldn't wait a month so I cancelled that item from the order and they refunded me the money for it. The items were sent out the same day I emailed back and arrived two days later.
I'm just giving them 4 stars for service as I was in a hurry and three days seemed a little slow to get in touch to let me know about the out of stock item. Otherwise I was happy with the order and items from them.
