Hi, I called this company inquiring if a custom tie could be delivered by a specific date and was told yes. Ordered a tie and after some back and forth about the design and changes asked for by us it was processed. Some days later I was contacted telling me that the tie would not get to me in time for my colleagues farewell party (leaving for overseas). Now, I understand that some of the delays in finally approving the design came from our side, HOWEVER it is clearly your companies job to inform me that these changes now mean that you wont be able to make the delivery deadline. I believe not doing so is highly deceptive. BEST OF ALL, when we finally get the tie it doesn't match the approved design (the work groups logo is about 10cm higher on the tie than it should be).... This was a highly dissatisfying transaction that has left all of us with a bitter aftertaste. We definitely wont be returning customers.
