G-Star Raw had a sale where I spotted a scarlet red shirt that I really liked in their store. I tried the shirt on, however the store did not have size XS which I was going to purchase for my sister as a gift. The staff directed me to their online store.
I went online straight away to not miss out the sale. The G-Star website was very user friendly.
I was able to spot out the same scarlet red shirt I had tried on in the store. I decided to purchase the size XS as the site also shows you how many is avaiable. I think this is great - allowing you to know how many is left and its location.
The item was sent from VIC via Australia Post eParcel Express, I received the item past within a couple of days which I was suprised, as it was on time for me to give to my sister as a gift for her birthday.
Unfortunately, my sister did not really like the shirt, therefore I have contacted G-Star Raw the following day to advised them that I wish to receive a refund.
G-Star advised that I can post the item back or simply return the item un-used and in packaging to any G-Star Raw store.
I went to the nearest store and requested for a refund, I received the refund instantly and the staff was very well presented and kind. My experience with G-Star Raw was simple and easy!
Great website, packaged well, but delayed delivery
The G-star website is great to navigate with detailed descriptions and photos. When the belt arrived, it was packaged in a cool canvas-like protective bag which I thought was a nice touch.
Next day delivery was free, however there were some complications with Australia Post and it took a few calls to receive over a week later. Not sure if this is a stuff up at G-star's or Aus Post's end though.
All in all, loved the belt (especially the 50% off sale)!
