Campion Education provided all the textbooks and novels necessary for my education. The service on the phone was moderate as contact was difficult for a few days, however, once the call was picked up, the service was excellent with polite employees answering the phone. Shipping took approximately three to four days which is quite short.
I order my school books from this website every year. It always came in a box and always needed a signature so it definitely got to you. Very reliable.
I ordered my school books about 2 weeks before school started. I received some of them before school had started as some were out of stock. I do not blame them as I only ordered the books 2 weeks before. Another book had come a few days ago, pretty soon after the first order came!
They all came pretty much on time but some didnt come because it was out of stock. the Quality is good but they are pretty expensive. I enjoy reading them!
I have suffered for 9 years dealing with this company in Melbourne. They are rude and do not care about how they treat customers. They have a monopoly.and have bought out other similar companies, so I can't even go there. This year was the last straw. My son in year 10 at Box Hill High School needed a PE app for his iPad only available via Campions. Despite paying for it, it would not work. Campions refused to help. The school IT department could not get it to work, and other students had the same problem. Communication between the school and Campions resulted in nothing. My anger was immense after 9 years of their crap. I wanted badly to smash someone in management. I went twice to the company office in Mitcham wanting to deck one of the management mongrels. They deserve this treatment as it is the way the treat the public. Give us the choice of another company. Next year I will have to go through it all over again.

Pathetic excuse of a business
I ordered my kids books from there early to ensure I would receive them and avoid the lines I rang them to confirm that I would receive them on time pand they assured me the book lists would be here on time for school I have received 2 of my kids lists but missing my eldest daughters - today is the last mail day before school starts I have not received my daughters book list I rang them to confront them about the issue and after being on hold for half an hour an attitudinal lady answered the phone I asked why I haven't receive d my kids booklist she said " oh you will get them next week" I said that wasn't good enough as i ordered my list a month ago to avoid waiting in the line for hours with my kids she said " well these people have been waiting in the line for 2 hours to make sure they get there kids school things" in a most sarcastic manner I was shocked at the audacity and attitude of this women and I said well I've been waiting in the line for 25 days you didn't mind taking my money straight away I then told her that this is campions responsibility and this is the main purpose of their business to provide the book lists for the kids of Perth you know that this is your busiest time of year yet campion seem to struggle to do the one job that they are required do why have a business if you can't be efficient ? She said " oh well that's not my problem " I said are you serious I was furious I said this is your problem and that this is a pathetic excuse for a business seeing as they can take my money and not provide me what was promised she gave me no excuse just sarcasm and bad customer service she then said" I don't have to put up with this "and hung up on me!! I will be making a formal complaint they think they can't treat their customers with total disrespect and arrogance because their. Business has no competition and school request you go through them as I said pathetic my daughter is now starting school on Monday with nothing how sad. I can't even contact her books or label her things because of this business' incompetence. Next year I will be ordering elsewhere regardless of what the school wants just out of principle I refuse to give my money to a company that doesn't appreciate their customers because we " have no other option" I ordered contact paper from Ireland last week and have already received it campion Malaga is in the same shire as me and it takes them a month- go figure -I hope another business opens to outdo them and their fate will be the same as wooldridges - it's more thank deserving

Worst possible customer relations
Every year we endure the pain of purchasing the required school texts. Every year we are astonished, shocked and ultimately impoverished by the cost of the texts. We put up with this to educate our kids but Campion really know how to rub salt in the wound. This year, we mistakenly ordered the incorrect maths books for our VCE daughter. We made the effort to drive directly to the Campion store in Derrimutt (Vic) only to be told that our new, unused, pristine books could not be returned because the shrink wrap had been removed.
Really! $120 free gift to Campion. Of course we had to purchase the correct books at additional cost. In my opinion, Campion is an unconscionable monopoly, displaying all the bad attributes of monopoly behaviour. Who appoints these people? What cosy, mean, money making operation.
Would I shop here again? No. But I have no choice.
We are seeking redress through consumer affairs.
I have complained to Box Hill High School to stop dealing with them, but sadly, they still do, and every year we undergo the horror of dealing with this incompetent rude company
I am very dissatisfied with campion store in Williton. I waited 2 hours in line only to find they didn't have any of the books instock! So I waited for nothing. Then I was told when I come in next to go straight to the back desk and my order will be ready to go. So when I returned the back counter was closed so I had to line up again and then wait for them to find and pack my books!!! I only went In the store to save the shipping cost but Instead I spent more in fuel making two trips there and waiting in total 2.5hours this store is very unorganised. If the books are not in stock they should offer free delivery to save us having to make a second trip back.
This is usual for this company. They are rude and unhelpful
