No warranty or customer support for faulty products.
Used these guys for a year and all was fine until they sold me a pair of Gaerne spd mtb shoes that had the sole fall apart and separate from the rest of the shoe after 6 months of average/light use. I emailed them looking for a refund or exchange and their response was that they 'wouldn't process any warranty because the shoes they sold me were on sale', which according to NSW fair trading is illegal in Aus, as well as being totally shonky. (Note that just about all their items are on sale, all the time) After a couple of polite emails back and forth with no resolution they have stopped replying. I was really happy to be buying in OZ but after this experience, and hearing of other similar stories I would advise you to avoid these guys. Been shopping on Wiggle and CRC for years and once or twice when they've sold me a dud, they've sent out a replacement straight away without even asking me to post the old item back. That is proper customer service. Other good Aussie sites are Torpedo7 or mountainbikesdirect.com.au. If you're worried about not being covered by any sort of standard, legal warranty and having no customer support if you happen to get sent a dud, avoid Pushys online.
