With winter coming around, i decided i needed a few warmer items of clothing - namely a scarf and a Merino Wool Jumper.
I placed the order on the 17th, which was marked as shipped on the 18th, to arrive on the 19th! Talk about quick and efficient! Additionally, as my order was over $50, delivery was free
The jumper is of excellent quality and is a welcome addition to my wardrobe. The scarf looks nice, but is made of acrylic, so I'm not sure how well it will serve to keep me warm. Form over function for this one

Received free shipping as my order was over $50. I didnt receive an confirmation of my order, which was unusual, but my item was marked as shipped 2 days after my purchase.
My items arrived the day after. Very happy with the speed of delivery.
The shorts were good quality and in the range colors i'd been looking for for a while. The scarf was just a "may as well" item.
Love how you receive chocolate as part of your purchase. Not necessary, but an excellent bonus and chocolate is always welcome in my books!

My order was marked as shipped 2 days later, with an email sent to confirm my order and dispatch.
My item then arrived the next day. Talk about quick!
As usual, Hallensteins gives you free chocolate as part of your order. Always a bonus!
Sadly, both the jumper and jacket were not up to my expectations in terms of quality and fit, so i shipped the item back for a refund. You are required to pay for shipping back to their returns centre.
My returns was processed and my money refunded within a week.
Overall, happy with the speed of delivery, but a little disappointed with the quality. Glad their returns process is efficient.
Nevertheless, these things happen when buying online, without the ability to see and try the item you are purchasing, and that's the risk you take. I'd still buy from Hallensteins again.

Ordered a couple of warm sherpa jackets and a pair of socks (free delivery for orders over $50). Payment was quick and easy, however, they do not accept Amex or PayPal.
My item was confirmed on the same day, and marked as shipped the next. 4 days later, my items arrived. Quicker than a lot of purchases made locally.
I'm generally happy with the quality of Hallenstein products, just sometimes the sizing varies between their brands and is sometimes hard to pick correctly. The item descriptions and images do not always describe all the details that i want or show what i want to see in the product i am buying, so some purchases are just a leap of faith. But so far, i've been pretty lucky and haven't had to return many purchases - no issues with this order.
Getting free chocolate with each order is also a great way to keep me happy and buying from them again, which i will do! The quick shipping times are another bonus

So. Last year , when in NZ I bought a fleece lined sherpa hoodie - pretending it was for my husband (but really for me lol). Unfortunately, back in Australia, my husband LOVED it - looked good and was snuggly warm against the chilly wind. I tried to buy another one online straight away but it was out of stock. I kept looking.... (That's how good they are) A year later, slightly changed, they were back in stock and on SALE. Total YAY. Ordered and received 4 days later. First wow. Tried them on - LOVE them - second wow. But...inside the packet was also a little bar of chocolate saying thanks for ordering online. Wow. What a great touch. (I don't actually eat chocolate but it's the thought that counts. What a great great touch!) And a friendly card explaining how to refund/exchange if needed. This shop has really got it right. Well-done Hallensteins! :)
