I was looking to buy fair trade sneakers after my Converse wore out. Having read about Etiko in a magazine, I located their website online. The adult sneaker section was easy to find and I selected my size and colour- Red hitops. The shoes arrived in the time stipulated by the company but unfortunately they were the wrong size as the website didn't make clear (at this stage)that they were UK sizes. After a call to Etiko and being put onto the Director of the company (who was extremely apologetic), the website was updated to clearly state that the shoes came in UK sizes and the correct size was immediately posted out to me with a postage paid back to return the incorrect pair. I was happy with the prompt service and friendly approach by the staff. The quality of the shoes is excellent... and it's great that are made with organic materials.
