Postage was free with purchase. I received confirmation emails for both my purchase and when the item was marked posted (the next day). I can say that I'm happy with the communication from the seller.
Only took 8 business days to arrive, which was quite quick in my experience. Happy with that.
As for the brace supporter itself, the stitching started unraveling and one of the magnets fell out (after the second time I wore the brace). This is all within 24 hours. Cant vouch for its longevity or quality, and will most likely need to stitch it up myself.
So now, for the price paid, I wont complain. After re-stitching it together, I'll see how long it last, but for now, not so hopeful.
Would I buy the same product again? Perhaps Would I buy from Banggood again? Definitely
Good service, Item didnt quite live up to expectations
Ordered a casual long sleeve shirt, as ive been meaning to get a few new items for the wardrobe.
Also felt this was a good way to test size and fit.
Item was shipped the next day after payment to arrive just under 3 weeks later.
I find that shipping times for Banggood are generally quite good (2-3 weeks)
On first wash, the shirt color leaked lots of color, so best to avoid washing anything colored with whites!
Havent had an occasion to wear the shirt as yet, but i can say, it looked nicer in the pictures and the color also looked richer/darker (but perhaps, it did leak out...)
I'd say that the shirt didnt quite live up to my expectations from when i bought, but thats the risk of buying online i guess. No way to see/touch/feel the product in real life.
But for the price delivered, i wont really complain, it'll probably sit in my pile of "will wear one day" clothes Shame really...
No problems with buying from Banggood again, just hopefully have more luck with the item and quality next time

Ordered some warm looking pajamas to prepare for the oncoming winter weather.
After receiving a confirmation email of my order, i was also notified the same day that my item had shipped out.
My item then arrived 12 days later. Pleasantly surprised and happy that it was less than 2 weeks from date of purchase to delivered date. This is quicker than some products which have shipped locally!
Mind you, this isnt always the case, but based on this purchase, i can and definitely will be buying from BangGood again.
Currently, no issues with recommending them to others as well.

The screen protector was very well cared for and was excelent condition, they didnt offer immediate tracking for the item, it came in the mail dressed in plastic to keep it from bending, the shipping time was not as good as it could have been. There customer service was very helpful and there emails are professional and smart. I strongly recomment there service.

shipping was free and due to the amount spent, the order was sent via registered air parcel
within a week of purchase, received an email about item being shipped, stating that delivery would take 10-15 days. dont believe that.
after a month, my items still hadnt arrived and their reply to my 2 emails were a little slow (over 48hours) and the tracking number proved somewhat unhelpful (status was showing as "in transit"). was advised to wait a little bit longer due to customs etc
happily the items arrived a week after that (so just over 5 weeks in total)
so overall opinion, items are sold at a good price, but probably expect to wait over a month (maybe 5/6 weeks?) for them to arrive (despite what the email claims). and expect to wait a couple of days for a response with any enquiries.

As for the chinos, i don't think i'll be wearing them. The description stated cotton, but felt like some sort of odd plastic. the situation didnt improve after a wash either. the size was also stated as slim fit, but felt more like a super skinny.
The pictures did make it look very nice though. Sadly, i dont think the chinos will have a place in my wardrobe and will most likely go to the clothing bin.
