I ordered some contact lenses last year a short time before i was going on holidays. Because I knew that the time was going to be tight I contacted oz contacts to assure me that they had the stock and that it would arrive in time. Stock was due to arrive in Australia from Overseas But a few days before departure when the delivery had not arrived I re contacted .They went to great lengths to have the lenses to me in time. Amazing service and also promised me that the next time I ordered they would supply me the lenses free of charge. That is fabulous. They honored their promise. Of course I continue to buy my lenses from them. They cost almost 50% less than my optometrist plus I dont have to go park and collect. I can do it all from my laptop from home!
