I have purchased from All About Amber once before, and was happy with the service and the item. This time I happened to be on their facebook page when they mentioned that they would have a ridiculous priced sale on their amber bracelets! When I say ridiculous, I mean seriously less than half price.
So I jumped online to buy. When I got on there, the website must have crashed because my order got deleted halfway through. At that time, the staff were still active on the facebook page, so I posted a request for help on their wall. They responded within minutes, saying the bracelets have sold out but she will see if she can find more stock. After about 5 minutes the staff member came back online and announced more stock has been uploaded. How is that for amazing customer service!!
I ended up getting 3 beautiful amber bracelets which I gave as gifts to family and friends. The bracelets were well packaged and of fabulous quality. Love this store so much!
