First of all, I have to say this store has comfortable and very fashionable men's clothing for the best prices you can get online. I was not dissatisfied with the items I purchased; men's pants and beanies. They were of great quality, exactly as described!
I am unable to account for shipping to Australia as I had it sent to Japan, but this ships from Korea and with EMS shipping it took 3 days to arrive.
They have good customer service in that I was responded to promptly - though I do believe you only correspond with one person on their customer service team, as I never communicated with anyone else (not even superiors when I asked for them).
My grievance with this site comes to its accountability and its unwillingness to take responsibility for information displayed on their website. During check out, I was told I would only pay $87 AUD however I was charged $95AUD. Believing it was a mistake I emailed them. Their explanation was that the website's currency display "has not been updated" so the $95AUD was the correct price.
Whilst I did get a promise from them about updating the site for future customers, they would not offer me any compensation or refunds regarding the misinformation their website made. I find this frustrating and disappointing because a business should stand behind the services and information displayed on their site. For there to have been an error is not the customer's fault nor should I have to pay the extra $8 when I had no idea it was going to be that much.
I will not be shopping here again because I do not feel that they will take responsibility for potential other errors in future.
Similar situation though they kept my items upon return and didn't give my $1000 refund. Absolute FRAUD
I spent $600 on clothing, received them. Didn't fit so I filled out the return form and sent the items back for a refund to the address they provided. They told me they received it. They never gave me the refund. It's been nearly 2 months now I try contacting them every day and they never reply. So I thought I'd buy something else I really liked just last week, paid for it and never heard back. So I ended up loosing a thousand dollars. I tried contacting the Korean police near their city and they can't even speak English. I called them up directly and they keep hanging up. Please don't buy from there. Lesson learnt. Never to buy from there ever again.
