I bought baby clothes - two dresses, and jumpsuit and 2 wraps - in the end of year sales and found it a wonderful experience. The clothes are simply gorgeous, the sales were excellent, and they had a deal for free shipping that was fabulous! Shipping time was less than 1 week, and overall the whole experience was easy. I will definitely be shop online with Pumpkin Patch again.
I have purchased from Pumpkin Patch online store a few times when they had free shipping. In this case free shipping was not offered so I opted to pick up in store. Was very easy to do. I purchased 8 items of kids clothing that were on sale. Our order was ready 4 days later. Very easy and all the clothes were packaged well. Will use this option again if free shipping is not offered.
I'm not normally into Pumpkin Patch clothing however when they released their summer 2012 editions I really liked that they replaced pinks and reds with blues and yellows this year. I do find Pumpkin Patch to be a little expensive however if you hunt around their website you can find some really good deals. I ordered on a Monday, it was shipped within a couple of days and I received it before the weekend! That's so fast!
Pumpkin Patch online has all the items as the actual store, but with the easy of shopping at home without the kids!
The quality of pumpkin patch clothes are great, and wear well and wash from use from the kids.
Online store still allows the sales, promotions available in store. In addition as an online member there are often free shipping codes. I usually purchase online when there are free shipping offers.

Delivery is prompt, and returns are so possible in store if items are not right.

I have ordered from pumpkin patch dozens of times and usually find their delivery prompt and have never had stock issues.
However, I find the fact that they do not accept paypal incomprehensible. Instead, I have to enter my credit card details every time, so half the time I don't order what is in my shopping bag as I can't be bothered finding my card and entering the details. Their system also deducts an extra $1 from your account and does not refund it for two weeks. I keep my account to the minimum as I do a lot of online shopping so this can cause my entire transaction to decline. I have complained several times about this and encouraged the store to accept paypal but the staff are adamant that PayPal is not something they would consider.
