I received my order in 18 business days, it sure took a while but my order was very cheap and quite fun to play with (pocket lamp).
GearBest have quite cool gadgets on their site and browsing is quite fun, the fact that things are so cheap means it's dangerous for me as I tend to buy random things.
Shipping takes forever but it eventually arrives safely as promised.
They don't spam you with emails and the pricing is pretty good.
However I see customer service isn't very good (from their FB page) so try and avoid ordering items that are expensive.
Regarding recent news of a woman dying from use of cheap electrical chargers, I have changed my mind about this store and many other cheap electronic stores online.
Beware of the things you buy as they may not be safe, I will not shop at these places again unless it's for non-electrical goods.
