Item came very quickly. Wanted to order an additional part, but stock was out. Very good service. I purchased a main board for a SHARP AQUOS 60 inch television, and they had exact part I needed that I couldn't find ANYWHERE else online in stock. Will keep checking back to see if they get the power board as well. But they were very quick to deliver and item showed up in perfect condition.
Everything was perfect as described. Very happy. Best Buy parts store didn't have it but the salesman gave me your info. Saved me from having to buy a new monitor. Thank you very much.
Was going to trash my tv,my son said he could fix it with a replacement part. You guys had it instock and at a great price. My 32" work great again. Thanks guys!

Poor Communication
Received a defective part from this company. If you call them, they will not answer or return your calls. Very displeased and ready to take things further to get reimbursed for our loss. Buyer beware, if you're big on communication between business and consumer.

Not a true statement. MoreTvParts responded within 24 hrs. And spoke to one of rep. at ClearwaterTVService. Also followed up with RMA.
We ordered a board for our tv, when it was received it looked used and in fair condition. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem so we took the part back out of the tv and immediately placed it back in the box so there was no mix up. I had to then pay to return it. When it was received by the company they claimed it was the wrong part we returned and we were not going to be given our refund. When we called we couldnt understand the customer service rep and all he wanted to do was argue with us. So not only are we out the $52.50 we are also out $6.60 because I had to pay to ship it back! Worst customer service ever!

All parts shipped has a security sticker. The customer returned the wrong board. The security sticker was absent and the serial number did not match that which was sent. He was advised that the wrong board was returned but said he junked his TV. He was given a partial courtesy fund.
