Disappointed after paying 7.45 for express shipping .. Waited 5 days for delivery to see the wrong address had been put on the packaging.. Emailed to notify and wasn't offered reimbursement

Ordered juice on the 11th December. Did not receive my order and when I've emailed them back I've had no reply plus on website no contact number. Very disappointed and frustrated.I might as well threw 50 euro down the toilet.

This is the first time i have had problems but my order was supposed to have been sent then a confirmation for the wrong item arrived i have sent numerous emails without a reply asking where my order is as my bank has been debited

The overall products are good but the last atomisers were unusable as the just burned my throat the ones I had bought previously didnt do this. Delivery takes 4-6 business days to get to me not the 1-2 business days promised

Yeah I was happy enough, just thought I ordered the e-cig batteries in black & they came in silver but sure don't mind the colour really.
I thought it would come the next day because I paid extra for quicker delivery and they came I think 3/4 days after I ordered them. I didn't really mind but I had ordered it for quicker delivery because of the way I work and I wanted to be home for the delivery.
