Purchased a mobile off this site as it seemed to be the cheapest i could find on the net. Was delivered to me in less than a week. Very happy with the transaction. Received a few emails along the way advising me of where my parcel was up to.. will shop there again
After 6 months they still haven't returned my faulty phone
To keep it short: It took over 10 days to get the phone delivered. The phone was faulty and told them within 7 days of being delivered. I returned it and then nothing. It's been 5 months and no real news apart from 20 emails saying 'we are waiting for an update.' They have my $300 phone and I had to buy another phone. The price looked cheap! Beware!
I asked them 3 weeks ago to send me back my phone without fixing it or refunding my money and it's the same story, they are stalling. I can't even get my phone back :(
Do not believe previous positive review - most likely it is an employee. This website falsely claims to be Australian, yet all products you receive from here will be Chinese. Adaptors, warranties, keyboards etc. they company will then say that their t&c's sy that they may use international suppliers and that they aren't actually aware what setting you'll be receiving and then refuse to hold an obligation to correcting it. Paying for express shipping or applied accessories is useless as neither will happen or be applied. Please reference other online reviews and you will see how negative they are. Terrible company - defective products.
