I recently began renovating my house (retired builder) and was in the market for a framing gun to replace my old Paslode gun.
I saw online that Supergrip Tools had advertised a Senco framing gun for $100 less than I had seen elsewhere. I popped in to the store as I live locally and was impressed with the massive range they have. This place is huge, a tradies dream!
The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and answered all my questions as I didn't know much about the Senco nail guns having used Paslode religiously for the past 30 years. Stayed and had a chat with the boys for a good hour after paying for the gun. Very friendly staff and will definitely be stopping by again.
Broadbill would not shop at Supergrip Tools again.
Very poor service
I purchased an air compressor on their ebay store which stated free delivery Australia wide. After 4 days I emailed to find out if it had been sent yet and never received a reply. After two weeks I phoned them to find out where my air compressor was. I was told it would cost to much to ship to me so they hadnt sent it. I asked why they hadnt let me know and was told they were trying to sort it out. Someone was going to call me back to let me know. No one has ever contacted me. They just cancelled the order.
