I thought this was a really good price considering it is a sever cabinet with tempered glass.
I contacted customer service to find out when delievery was happening as I needed it before the weekend. They advised it was the following day however I received a call on the same day advising that the product was being delivered.
We received the product, I was happy with the quality and wrapping.
However, it was the wrong item - I received a 4 RU 450mm wide x 600mm Deep Wall Mount cabinet instead not hinged. Lucky the DVR fit into the cabinet and the installer was able to work around it.
I contacted customer service again to advise them of the issue and they were happy to provide me with the difference refund amount.
I was still a happy customer and impressed with their service and products. Will buy from again.
