I decided to order a pair of Puma Mens shoes as they were on sale at TopBuy , they were also advertised as including 3 pairs of Adidas Mens Socks. I purchased , found their website easy to use and shipping costs very reasonable. I received the shoes 8 days later without the socks. I emailed to query where the missing item was and they told me they had no idea what I was referring to so I had to send them a screenshot of their website showing the promotion. After 5 more days I received a refund of $10. For such a small purchase I wouldn't go through the hassle again.
I recently bought a LG G3 phone from topbuy, as I have researched, topbuy sells it at the cheapest price out of any online store that ships to Australia.
On top of cheap price, they also have an offer where if you just signed up, you can get a coupon totaled up to $20.
The website looks a bit complicated for me, however it is still working well.
They also offer international warranty from third party, but when I checked this third party online. I don't think they are reliable enough. (but it might not be related to topbuy at all)
The shipping itself was pretty quick, considering it was shipped from HK, it took less than a week for my phone to arrive!
Overall, it's a good buy and I am really satisfied with the service they offered.
