I have a good online shopping experience at Crazy Sales as there are a wide variety of products such as laptop desks and electric appliances in the website and the shipping fees is quite reasonable

making the order was easy, and they sent order confirmation and shipping emails
pricing was ok. im sure if i waited and looked around more, i would have been able to pick up something similar for a cheaper price or with free shipping. but price was less of a concern - the need outweighed the cost =)
after my payment was processed, the item only took 2 days to arrive, so nice and quick

Received an email confirming my purchase. The order was marked as shipped the next day after payment was made, with a tracking number. Generally, I find that the item will arrive before the tracking number is actually active, but i guess it gives you peace of mind.
The item arrived after 5 more days. So overall, less than a week from date of purchase to date of delivery. So no problems with that.
No feedback on the massager so far, so i guess, so far so good. Hopefully!

buying multiple items allowed you to combine shipping, which saves on some of the shipping costs
when i placed my order, the website was having issues, so my order was placed twice. contacted customer service to cancel the duplicate and the response was quick and helpful
my order was confirmed and marked as shipped the next day. the items arrived separately 3 and 6 days later, respectively. a little surprised as i expected both items to arrive together, and there was no indication that they were shipped separately.
i was not home to receive one of the packages, but i was able to organise it to be redelivered, which was an easy process
the shoe shelf required self assembly. both do the job they were purchased for, though the rack was a little larger than expected. but i can say im happy enough with the purchase
overall, a good experience without any issues. based on this experience, would buy from CrazySales again
