I'm utterly disappointing with CrazySales.com.au as I bought this spin bike on 03.01.2014 and only received the product today 20.01.2014 after 17 days, after 3 emails and i had to open a dispute with Paypal against them. They use Toll courier service (TIG) who couldn't locate the product and when I inform that to CrazySales they emailed me to understand and wait for few more days.if you gonna buy something from this site make sure to follow up with them until you receive the product. coz they dont really give a damn after they got the money.
