I bought 2 boxes of monthly contact lenses at a very good price, I had paid an extra $100 for them at a different online store before. The quality of the lenses were perfect, no issues there, shipping and handling will cost you about $16 however it does take a couple-few weeks to get them. That's the only downfall.

Returns are amazing. I'd recently bought a $400 pair of sunglasses, only to have my prescription change. I was able to return these for a full refund (even though they'd been used regularly by me). I'll never buy glasses elsewhere.
Only complaint is that sometimes customer service can take a day or two to reply to emails, but phone support is readily available, and I'm never on hold for much longer than 10 minutes.

I ordered a pair of frames and it only cost $62.89 - this included the free frame as well as anti-reflective, anti-uv, scratch resistant, ultra light/thin lenses (the whole package kaboodle of lense coatings) and shipping costs ($12.95).
Customer service was great! I needed a detailed receipt of item numbers to claim some costs back from my private health insurance and they customized one for me to include itemised numbers.
Shipping took approximately 1.5 weeks, which is fine considering if you get your glasses done in a shop it usually takes a week for it to be ready.
I'll definitely be getting another pair from them soon as I still have most of of my health insurance allowance left even after my first pair!

I ordered a pair of glasses with prescription but little did I know that I entered the prescription in wrong. The glasses were free as they have this offer for first time customers. Shipping took two weeks and cost was $15.41 including insurance.
Once they arrived, I tried them on and couldn't see a thing (my fault) so I called them and advised them of the problem and the man on the other end helped me to resolve this. He sent me a reply paid slip to my email and told me to stick it on the same box that was shipped to me along with the glasses.
I told him my prescription over the phone and he entered it on the computer on his end and ordered me another pair.
It was so easy calling them and sorting out this issue that was my fault and I'm really glad I didn't have to pay the postage to send it back. They didn't even charge me to send another pair out to me.
