I needed some Pet supplements and stumbled across Pharmacy direct when doing price comparison. The website is easy to navigate and ordering is a breeze. I received my order in 14 days , a little slower than other sites but still acceptable. I will probably shop here again if prices remain so good.

Not as good as ePharmacy I think. Less choice, and higher prices. I only went here because ePharmacy didn't have something I was looking for. Probably won't be going her again.

My order took 7 business days to arrive which is a bit slow as they are Australian based but I ordered during a free shipping promo.
I purchased 2 nail polishes and a lipstick, I also received a couple of samples free of charge. My items arrived safely in a box with bags of air.
Overall, I'm happy with my order but have had friends complain their products aren't genuine - I can agree if you buy perfume and branded razor blades from these types of chemists, they may stock fake products.
Some images on the site are not supplied, so I bought my lipstick and nail polish on the hopes they're right. Glad they were correct.
I probably wouldn't be back unless they had something I really wanted for a low price.
I found Pharmacy Direct while looking for some inexpensive toothbrushes for a charity project. They had exactly what I was after and I was able to find a few other suitable items as well.
The order arrived within a reasonable amount of time and was very well packed (much better packed that I would have expected).
I was very happy with this purchase and would gladly buy from them again.
Never Again will I deal with this company. I purchased online on 25/1/14. They waited until 31/1/14 (i.e. 6 days later to mail it). They will give you a FastTrack Express Tracking Number which just shows they picked it up. Who knows where my order is. Its now 7/2/14 (12 days since my order). I've received orders quicker from the USA. WOTAM !! Recommend you shop elsewhere!
I placed the order on 5th April, but now it is April 27th I still haven't seen my product! I emailed them to check what's happening. At first they replied then just ignored me.

Poor delivery, poor customer service
Ordered on the 3/12 after seeing the delivery was 3-8 days. Phoned up today -it will be another week. As we will be away for 4 weeks asked for refund. Been told will have to be delivered, go back to the post office ( hope it is not left at my front door for 4 weeks) and then sent back to them from the post office and then they will refund my money. How long will this take! Any bets I have to phone them up multiple times to get it?
Don't use them. Not worth the problems and go to Wizard or somewhere where the price is similar and you get a service.
