I received the products a few days after it was packaged well in a box and no complaint made. The quality of these sheets were amazing and lovely, it felt so comfortable. I loved it.
I have ordered $400 amount of bedding and linens from Adairs, but they did not give me the tracking detail or the order update. One of the advantages of ordering items online is to save time and money for those who don't have a car or much time to do shopping at stores. However, because of the fault of the company, the customer has to spend his/her valuable time and money to collect the items from the post office, in my case 20 minutes away from my place. Plus, it is not possible to collect the large items just by myself, so I have to bring one of my friend, too. Yet they are saying, they are doing "their very best" to solve this problem. Yes, shifting responsibility on the customers is the best way of solving a problem. Legit.
I purchased a quilt cover from the Adairs website when I saw that a style that I especially liked was on sale and it appeared that they wouldn't continue stocking that particular style.
The ordering process was easy, the website is easy to use and the photos of the items are of a high quality.
I placed the order on a Saturday and it wasn't posted until the following Friday, but once posted it arrived quickly. Happily I wasn't in a hurry to receive it. The parcel was well packaged.

I purchased a queen cotton quilt cover with two pillowcases for $43 on sale from $130. The order was sent out two days after I ordered it and I received it the day after. Very happy and I got free shipping as I joined their linen lovers club last time I ordered with them.
I purchased a quilt cover set from Adairs on a Monday when they had a sale on. The following Thursday, before the quilt cover had arrived, I received a follow up email from Adairs explaining that due to a system error, my quilt cover had been sent without pillow cases.
The email stated that they had sent the pillow cases out along with a set of 3 tea towels to apologise for the mix up.
I was so impressed! They noticed the error and fixed it very quickly and in a satisfactory manner. Great customer service!
Both parcels arrived promptly (give the travel to WA) and were well packed.
I ordered a queen quilt cover set from Adairs online and joined their linen lovers club for an extra $19.95 This is possibly one of the few clubs you actually have to pay for to join, I decided to join as this entitled me to free shipping and is valid for the next two years.
The package arrived with the club card one week later. They sent me an email when the package was dispatched which was great.
They have great quality but are a bit pricey, lucky I got it on sale.
I would shop again if they have good sales in the future.
